Accessibility Statement
Last reviewed: August 10, 2026
DDM Metering Systems, Inc. wants ddmmeter.com to be usable by everyone, including people who browse with screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.
The standard we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, and following them also makes the site easier for everyone to use.
What we have done
- Text and background colours chosen to hold a readable contrast ratio.
- Every page reachable and operable with a keyboard alone.
- Headings structured in order so screen readers can navigate by section.
- Descriptive alternative text on images that carry meaning.
- Links written to make sense out of context, rather than “click here.”
- A layout that reflows for magnification and for small screens.
Where we know we fall short
We review the site periodically rather than continuously, so issues can persist between reviews. Documents and portals hosted by third parties, including the resident and property manager login portals linked from this site, are outside our control and may not meet the same standard.
We would rather hear about a problem than assume there is not one. If something on this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, please tell us.
Tell us about a barrier
Contact us with the page address and a short description of what happened. We aim to respond within five business days, and if we cannot fix something quickly we will tell you what we are doing about it and offer another way to get the information or service you need.
Getting our services another way
If you cannot complete something on this website, call 866.302.3400 and we will help you directly. No part of our service requires you to use this website.
