Passionate about the environment, Diane de Mailly, Founder and President of DDM Metering Systems, Inc., provides “green” solutions to multi-tenant properties seeking to conserve energy and drive down utility usage. She pioneered the submetering of after-business hours for her Los Angeles commercial tenants, reducing overall consumption and increasing recovery of utility costs in office buildings and plazas.
A board member of the Ventura Chamber of Commerce, Diane chairs the Green Task Force whose mission is to empower the business community to work green through educational initiatives. A strong advocate of water conservancy, Diane was a two-time appointee to Ventura Water’s Cost of Service and Rate Design Citizen Advisory Committee and is currently serving on the Water Shortage Task Force. She is also a member of the Workforce Investment Board’s Clean/Green Committee and the Ventura Chamber Energy Committee. In 2014 Diane was appointed to the newly established Ventura County Women’s Economic Roundtable. An active member of the Ventura Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners, Diane took office as Chapter President in July 2014.
Prior to founding DDM, Diane de Mailly managed the submetering division of a Los Angeles electrical contracting firm. She is an Honors graduate of Bryn Mawr College (B.A. cum laude). In 2011, the Ventura Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners named Diane de Mailly “Woman Business Owner of the Year.”

Wade started consulting with DDM in early 2013. He was brought in to project manage the installation and service side of DDM Submetering Systems. Hired in early 2014, Wade’s focus has been on expanding the sales, design and installation division for DDM while monitoring and servicing DDM’s existing client base.
He has an extensive background as an entrepreneur, with small-business project management and construction experience. Wade started his professional career as a commercial and residential electrician.
Wade’s abilities range from maintaining current client relationships to working through the prospecting, sales and bidding process to hands-on system troubleshooting in the field.
